Make A Hybrid Application With Android, Php

Hi, I love to make hybrid application (Android app + Php based website) which would have same interface. Also Application would be responsive (i.e it will auto adjust for different mobile devices). I will use following langages:

• Php CodeIgniter for website
• Android Java for android app
• HTML with bootstrap to make app responsive
• Javascript + JQuery for proper communication b/w website and android application
• Ajax for faster response.
