He failed and wasted my money. He failed to make my new game app in Apple store (Appstore). He cannot do anything at all. He kept offering me to upload the game app into playstore. I told him at many times. I am not interesting. He refused to refund my money after my new game app is NOT LIVE. He got $250 for free and I got nothing.
